Vermont Foodbank Seeks Program Manager
Reporting to the Chief of Programs & Network Services (CPNS), this full-time position entitles employee to all benefits. The Program Manager will supervise program-related employees. This new position is responsible for managing several Vermont Foodbank (VFB) programs and initiatives, including Community Kitchen (CK), a culinary job training program for unemployed or underemployed adults and the Gleaning Program, which uses volunteers to harvest excess or unmarketable produce from farms and includes educating VFB network partners in improved utilization of fresh foods. This position is also responsible for helping to ensure that fresh foods are readily available and used efficiently at the CK programs and at our network partner sites around the state.
